Every SHAN shoe is cut from premium microfiber leather — a cruelty-free, breathable, water-resistant material engineered to hold its shape in tropical humidity. Insoles are anatomically contoured and debossed with the SHAN mark.

Where does SHAN ship?
SHAN ships across Malaysia in 2 to 4 business days and internationally, including Singapore, in 7 to 14 business days. All orders are tracked from dispatch.
What is SHAN's return policy?
Free returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. Start a return by writing to care@wear-shan.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for Malaysian orders.
How do I care for microfiber leather?
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; air-dry away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash. The material is water-resistant, so a light rain is fine — pat dry when you're indoors and the shoe returns to its original finish.
Are SHAN shoes cruelty-free?
Yes. SHAN uses only premium microfiber leather — no animal hide is used anywhere in the shoe, and glues and dyes are certified non-toxic.

SHAN is designed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and manufactured with atelier partners specialising in microfiber leather footwear. Every pair passes a hand-finish check in the KL studio before shipping.
Do you offer wide-fit shoes?
